  They carry the "training" collars with spikes on the inside so if the dog pull the leash it gets a peg in its throat. Super disappointing. I'm no animal rights activist, but that kind of stuff breaks my heart

  Tried for two weeks to get an appointment for grooming. My first two voice-mail were ignored. When I did get a call back on my 3rd voicemail, I made an appointment 10 days out for 11:00 am. I arrived a few minutes early and was told the groomer was behind and wouldn't be able to get to him until 4 or 5. I explained to them that I live 25 miles away and drove 30 minutes just for that appointment They acted like it was just my tough luck. No apologies, no effort to make it up or work with me. I'm not sure if they are mismanaged and overbooked that severely or took in some walk ins. Appointments should take priority and be honored. Horrible customer service. Will not be back.
